Jennifer Bullock
Jennifer Bullock is a nationally recognized trial litigator who represents employers in high-stakes employment disputes across the country. She defends complex collective and class wage and hour actions, discrimination and retaliation claims, whistleblower matters, and claims arising under federal and state employment laws. Jennifer is particularly known for guiding companies through sensitive, high-profile disputes involving senior executives and delivering strategic solutions that minimize business disruption and protect reputations. She maintains a national practice focused on noncompete and restrictive covenant litigation. Jennifer serves as Managing Partner and Hiring Partner of the firm’s Miami office.
As former executive vice president of Florida’s largest certified domestic violence center and through her current service on the ABA Commission on Domestic and Sexual Violence, Jennifer brings an informed perspective on workplace culture and compliance issues. She advises employers on developing anti-harassment policies and conducts independent investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct.
