Chief artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge management officer Colleen Nihill spoke with Law.com about how AI is reshaping law firm operations, staffing, and client relationships.

Colleen discussed both the barriers to AI adoption and the forces accelerating change, noting that while firms must navigate risk sensitivity and regulatory uncertainty, client expectations and competitive pressures are driving innovation.
