Morgan Lewis Advises Seedcamp on $320 Million Fund Formation
2026年07月07日LONDON, July 7, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Seedcamp, a European seed-stage venture capital firm, on the formation of Seedcamp VII and the Select fund, which together closed with approximately $320 million in commitments.
The fundraising includes Seedcamp VII, the firm’s $220 million flagship early-stage fund, and the Select fund, a $100 million follow-on fund designed to support Seedcamp portfolio companies through later stages of growth. Seedcamp plans to continue backing early-stage technology founders across Europe through its Core strategy while using its Select fund to increase ownership in breakout portfolio companies as they scale.
Seedcamp is a European venture capital firm founded in 2007. The firm invests in early-stage technology companies across Europe and has backed more than 550 startups.
The Morgan Lewis team advising Seedcamp was led by partner Rob Mailer, with associates Eliska Macnerova, Ali Alromaihi, and Maria Adesola.
