It is with great excitement that we welcome Ed Hansen back as a partner in the outsourcing practice. Ed, who practiced at Morgan Lewis from 2005 to 2010, rejoins the firm in New York from another global law firm where he served as head of its outsourcing practice.
For more than two decades, Ed has represented clients in technology transactions involving significant business change. These include information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, complex systems integration, managed telecommunications, and similar strategic sourcing initiatives. Working with clients from the earliest stages of transactions, he focuses on whole-deal advice that continues through an engagement’s life cycle. He has advised a broad range of companies, ranging from startup software developers to multinational corporations contracting for global systems and services.
