Clara Kollm practices high-stakes commercial litigation, with a focus on trial advocacy in federal court. Clara recently obtained a unanimous defense verdict for a Fortune 25 company, after a two week jury trial. She also has litigated prominent issues for clients in both US federal and state courts involving business torts, breach of contract, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Voting Rights Act, and the Copyright Act. Previously, Clara served as a judicial intern Judge Paul L. Friedman of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
Clara holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a senior editor on the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. Prior to attending law school, she worked in New Delhi, India with a waste management non-profit.
