Eldrin Masangkay represents clients in various aspects of employment litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) team primarily focusing on West Coast clients. He also assists in counseling employers on compliance with state and federal regulations, and most recently in particular COVID-19 regulations as part of the firm’s COVID-19 Counseling Taskforce. Eldrin’s practice also heavily involves wage and hour misclassification arbitrations, class actions, and single-plaintiff matters in both the administrative and judicial court levels.
While attending law school, he served as president of the Student Bar Association and participated in Moot Court. Eldrin graduated with cum laude honors and received accolades for two courses related to his employment litigation practice. He was previously an extern for multiple judges in the New York Immigration Court and a summer associate for Morgan Lewis.
