Emma D. Hall advises clients on general litigation matters, with an emphasis on intellectual property and media law.She represents diverse clients in a variety of matters, including trademark and patent litigation, public records and media access issues, public bidding disputes, regulatory compliance, and contract disputes. Emma attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where she worked as a research assistant for the legal research and writing program and received a master’s degree in history.

She attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a member of the Virginia Law Review. During her first-year summer, Emma worked as a research assistant for the school’s Legal Research and Writing Program. During her second-year summer, she was a summer associate in Bingham’s Boston office.
Emma also received a master’s degree in history at the University of Virginia as part of the school’s joint J.D./M.A. program.
