Joanne Mok focuses her practice on commercial litigation, financial regulatory, employment, and data privacy matters. She handles multijurisdictional commercial cases involving contractual disputes, debt recovery, shareholders and joint venture disputes, employment, defamation, fraud, and injunction proceedings. Joanne also represents multinational corporations and listed companies in investigations conducted by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Securities and Futures Commission, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), and the Customs and Excise Department.
