Julie Hernandez advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, capital markets, debt and equity financings, and other general corporate matters. While in law school, Julie worked as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic where she advised non-profits and local small businesses on their transactional matters.
