Katie Feiereisel is a federal court litigator who focuses on copyright, trademark, and false advertising matters. Katie’s experience spans the litigation lifecycle, including at trial and on appeal. She regularly handles preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders, and she practices before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
A former literary agent, Katie also counsels content creators and publishers on a variety of legal issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Katie worked as an intellectual property litigation associate at an Am Law 100 firm in Chicago and Denver.
While attending law school, Katie served as executive copy editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts and was a legal practice workshop teaching fellow.
