Matt Snodgrass represents institutional lenders and corporate borrowers. He works with clients on secured credit facilities, acquisition financing, loan syndications, and other financial matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Matt worked as an associate at another large international law firm, where he focused on banking and debt financing.
