Sola O. Ogunleye focuses her practice on the structure, formation, investments in and governance of venture capital and private equity funds at the international and US domestic level. She advises fund sponsors and investment managers on fund formations and the structuring of separately managed account vehicles and secondary transactions, as well as matters relating to state corporate and partnership law. Sola works with funds of funds, funds supporting emerging technology, corporate governance funds, funds sponsored by 501(c)(3) entities, and associated transactional fund matters.
During her time in law school, Sola gained exposure to impact investing in clean energy and social justice as a summer legal associate at Elemental Excelerator and Emerson Collective.
