Susan M. Cohen has been a securities, corporate, and blue sky lawyer for more than 20 years. She focuses her practice on blue sky compliance and has represented both issuers and underwriters in federal and state securities matters, including public and private offerings and mergers and acquisitions and other types of transactions. Susan also represents hedge, private equity and other types of private funds in the necessary federal and state securities filings. She is a member of the American Bar Association and an active member of the Committee on the State Regulation of Securities of the ABA’s Business Law Section.
