For more than 15 years, Vanessa Ng has dedicated her practice to corporate law, concentrating on corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, general offers, and myriad corporate transactions. Vanessa provides counsel on continuing listing obligations, in addition to other capital market transactions such as initial public offerings, placements, rights issues, and share buy backs. She also regularly advises on commercial transactions, including investments such as convertible loans and loan notes, joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements, amendments to articles, and share purchase mandates.
