Vishal has experience prosecuting and obtaining both US and foreign patents in medical technologies, mechanical arts, electronics, military equipment, sporting equipment, smart devices, consumer products, and software. Vishal counsels clients on managing their patent portfolios and matters related to due diligence, patent challenges, and merger and acquisition agreements. Vishal also has experience representing clients in disputes involving patent infringement, enforceability, and validity, before US district courts, and the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
