Susan Harthill, a co-founder of Morgan Lewis’s workplace government relations and regulation practice, has been nominated by President Joe Biden to serve as commissioner for the Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission (OSHRC), which oversees contests of citations or penalties that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issues to employers following inspections of US workplaces.
