BEIJING, HONG KONG, SHANGHAI, AND SINGAPORE, July 7, 2021: Morgan Lewis partners Lesli Ligorner and Wendy Tan have been recognized by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific in the 2021 edition of its Top 100 Women in Litigation list. The annual list recognizes women litigators who have participated in some of the most impactful matters over the last year. Lesli leads the labor and employment practice in mainland China and handles cross-border employment matters and internal investigations across the Asia-Pacific region. She advises on global mobility and immigration, employment and anticorruption due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, leaves of absence, wage and hour laws, intellectual property protection, and unionization and collective bargaining. Lesli also counsels multinational corporations on data privacy and cybersecurity.
Wendy’s practice covers litigation and transactional matters. She counsels clients on a wide range of commercial litigation and international arbitration disputes, particularly those relating to the maritime, energy, international trade, insurance, and logistics sectors. She also advises on joint venture agreements, supply chain agreements, oil and gas transactions, employment, and insolvency issues. Wendy has received international recognition and accolades from several legal publications and directories.
