LOS ANGELES, August 31, 2021: Morgan Lewis partner Nicole Buffalano has been recognized by Law360 as a 2021 Employment MVP, one of five in the United States. The annual MVP series recognizes up to six lawyers in each practice area who had the biggest wins and made the most significant contributions to their practice groups in the last year.
Nicole represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, and other collective bargaining matters, and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including unfair labor practices proceedings and union elections. Nicole counsels clients across a variety of industries, including sports and entertainment, hotels and hospitality, healthcare, automotive, trucking, maritime, and manufacturing.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Nicole was a board attorney with the NLRB in the New York and West Los Angeles regional offices.
