Keri L. Engelman’s practice includes an array of employment law and benefits matters, including wage and hour, ERISA benefits, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and discrimination and harassment cases. She represents employers in complex class and collective action litigation and single-plaintiff cases before US state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
While in law school, Keri completed a legal externship for Judge Marjorie Rendell of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
