Morgan Lewis Partners Named Among Bloomberg Law’s ‘Best of the Future’

SAN FRANCISCO and WASHINGTON, DC, July 14, 2021: Morgan Lewis partners Jocelyn Cuttino and Michelle Park Chiu have been recognized by Bloomberg Law on its “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40.” The inaugural edition celebrates the accomplishments of young lawyers nationwide and notes that the honorees “represent the best of the future of the legal profession.”

Jocelyn advises clients on labor and employment matters including statutory compliance, antidiscrimination practices, employment policies, HR procedures, and best practices for avoiding litigation and developing positive employee relations. Jocelyn serves as co-leader of the firm’s Black Lawyer Network and in 2020 was named co-leader of the firm’s Mobilizing for Equality Engaging with Alumni Working Group as part of Morgan Lewis’s coordinated response to racial injustice. She also serves as hiring partner for the firm’s Washington, DC, office. Outside of the firm, Jocelyn is the community outreach coordinator for the DC Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Community.

Michelle represents corporate clients facing complex consumer protection claims, including class actions and law enforcement actions. She is also a seasoned antitrust litigator, representing clients facing federal and state antitrust litigation alleging cartel and monopolization claims. Michelle currently serves as the San Francisco office’s hiring partner and the deputy leader of the firm’s litigation practice in San Francisco. She is the current president of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
