Thursday, March 13
Jonathan's panel will be discussing workplace violence, in particular the legal considerations presented to management in the retail, healthcare, and social services industries.
Friday, March 14
Dennis's panel will discuss OSHA’s recent “White Paper” on the Severe Violator Enforcement Program, which concluded that the program has impacted primarily small businesses and the construction industry, and will consider whether changes to the program should be made to target larger “bad actor” employers and other high hazard industries.
