Chuck represents sponsors, managers, and underwriters in collateralized bond, loan, and debt obligation transactions, as well as issuers and underwriters in various asset-backed and insurance-related transactions, including credit card, auto loan, marketplace loan, payment plan, and mortgage securitizations.
