“Issey” Yi Se Park

Issey Park advises clients on international commercial arbitration, investor-state dispute settlement, and private international law matters. He has represented clients from various countries, including the United Arab Emirates and South Korea, in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations. Issey has experience in case administration from the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) and served with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

  • Advised a joint venture of Korean subcontractors in a dispute with an Iraqi contractor over a refinery project
  • Advised an air transport ITC company in a dispute with a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member state over an eVisa project
  • Advised an investment company in a dispute with a League of Arab States (LAS) member state over an liquified petroleum gas project
