She represents developers and financing sources, including commercial and investment banks, private equity funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors. Jane advises clients in the negotiation of debt and equity financings, project mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures, as well as development, construction, and operation agreements.
