Patricia Cave assists technology and communications industry clients with telecommunications regulatory and policy issues before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), state public utility commissions, and other governmental agencies. She counsels clients on telecommunications rulemaking, compliance, and enforcement matters related to domestic and international licensing, broadband infrastructure, the Universal Service Fund, national security regulations impacting telecommunications providers and equipment vendors, and export control matters. She also advises companies, investors, and lenders on regulatory diligence and approval components of transactions in the communications and technology sector.
