Sarah J. Grimm focuses her practice on advising private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across industry classes on acquisition financings, leveraged financings, account receivables facilities, out-of-court restructurings and workouts, and real estate financings. She also represents direct lenders, mezzanine investment funds, and venture capital investors on loans and other investment transactions. The transactions Sarah specializes in span diverse industries, including retail and healthcare.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sarah served as senior corporate counsel at Quest Diagnostics, which has provided her with a unique set of skills, having both in-house as well as broad corporate law experience. During her time at Quest Diagnostics, Sarah negotiated consulting and professional services, software as a service (SaaS), asset purchase, joint venture, and other commercial agreements and handled all of their treasury matters. She supported several business units, including procurement and anatomic pathology.
