Morgan Lewis’s project finance practice is profiled in a Law360 feature celebrating its recognition as a 2020 Practice Group of the Year. Leaders of the project finance practice told Law360 that the group sets itself apart through “the diversity and depth of its practice as well as usually sticking with a project for its entire lifespan.” The firm has been involved with the financing of the 1,850-megawatt Guernsey Power Station in Ohio since its earliest stages. Rick Filosa said that the deal was particularly notable to him. "We were able to introduce the equity to the developer and that was a pretty significant aspect of getting that deal across the finish line," Rick said.
