Partner Molly Lane spoke about current healthcare and COVID-19-related class actions trends in the United States during an interview with ICLG. While there have been a number of class action lawsuits filed against nursing homes or rehabilitation facilities for allowing residents to contract coronavirus, Molly said that “in general, we haven’t seen as many class actions filed against the healthcare sector as a result of COVID-19 as we had expected.”
