New York, July 7, 2023: The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) awarded its 2023 US Gold Standard Certification to Morgan Lewis, marking the ninth consecutive year the firm has earned the status. The annual certification recognizes firms demonstrating a commitment to female leadership.

To earn WILEF’s Gold Standard status, law firms must satisfy the following: 25% of equity partners are women, or, alternatively, 40% of the lawyers who became equity partners within the last year months are women; and 10% of women equity partners are women of color or 4% of women equity partners are LGBT.
