SINGAPORE, January 22, 2024: Morgan Lewis represented the shareholders of Harley Street Holdings Pte. Ltd. in the sale of an up to 51% majority interest in Harley Street Heart and Vascular Centre to Health Management International (HMI Group), with the aim of extending its cardiovascular network in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
Harley Street Holdings is the parent company of Harley Street Heart and Vascular Centre, a private cardiology and vascular service provider in Singapore. HMI Group is a private integrated healthcare services provider in Singapore and the region.
Morgan Lewis was also involved in the pre-transaction consolidation and restructuring of the entities within the group.
