Morgan Lewis Recognized in BTI Consulting Group’s 2027 Litigation Outlook

NEW YORK, September 30, 2026: BTI Consulting Group has recognized Morgan Lewis in its annual Litigation Outlook, a market-intelligence report created from interviews with senior corporate legal decision-makers at large companies.

In this year’s report, titled More Aggressive. More Complexity. Higher Stakes, Morgan Lewis earned five Powerhouse rankings—the highest tier—up from three last year, as well as rankings in the Leader and Distinguished categories:

• Powerhouse: Class Action Litigation, Complex Employment Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Cybersecurity Litigation, and Generative AI Litigation.
• Leader: Employment Litigation and Complex Commercial Litigation
• Distinguished: IP Litigation and Securities & Finance Litigation

The firm’s Cybersecurity Litigation ranking moved from Leader to Powerhouse, while Generative AI Litigation rose two tiers, from Distinguished to Powerhouse, placing Morgan Lewis among just 11 Powerhouse firms for AI-related litigation, representing the top 2% of firms in this area. Overall, the firm advanced to the second-highest tier in BTI’s assessment of the law firms clients least want to face in litigation.
