Morgan Lewis Partner Appointed Chair of New York City Bar Association Antitrust Committee

NEW YORK, April 15, 2015: Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce partner Stacey Anne Mahoney’s appointment as Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee.

Ms. Mahoney focuses her practice on antitrust litigation, including representing clients as plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts throughout the United States, in cases involving restraints of trade, monopolization, exclusive dealing, tying, price discrimination, false advertising, unfair competition, and related business torts; merger advocacy, including trial as needed, in the United States and abroad; and counseling, including advising on distribution and pricing issues, as well as joint ventures and other competitor collaborations. She has been recognized numerous times as a leader in Antitrust, most recently by the distinguished Chambers and Partners 2015 USA guide. Ms. Mahoney earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her A.B. from the University of Michigan.

Her three-year term as Chair of the 39-member Committee begins September 1, 2015. Ms. Mahoney has served as a member of the Committee in the past, but this is her first time as Chair. Previously, she served as Chair of the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association. She is presently the Liaison between the Section of Antitrust Law and the Section of International Law for the American Bar Association, and is Vice Chair of the International Antitrust Law Committee of the latter Section.
