CHICAGO, July 20, 2015: Morgan Lewis is rounding out its product liability litigation team with the addition of Undray Wilks, who joins the firm as a partner in Chicago focusing on product liability, toxic tort, and insurance coverage matters. He was previously at another global law firm.

Mr. Wilks has served for many years as part of the core national trial counsel team in product liability litigation for a multinational corporation, where he was responsible for overseeing and managing large case dockets in several high-risk jurisdictions. At Morgan Lewis, he will collaborate with the firm’s existing teams on product liability and insurance coverage-related cases for multiple multinational clients.

“Our clients look to our trial capabilities, broad scope of litigation services, and ability to help find solutions to complex challenges—no matter the jurisdiction,” Firm Chair Jami McKeon said. “We are pleased to welcome Undray who adds to the strength and diversity of our global litigation teams.”

“Morgan Lewis has a long-standing product liability and mass torts practice that is recognized throughout the United States for its track record handling mass torts, individual and class actions, and multidistrict litigation,” said J. Gordon Cooney Jr., who leads the firm’s litigation practice. “With his experience in product liability, mass torts, and insurance coverage matters, Undray complements our firm’s existing broad base of capabilities.”
