NEW YORK, September 22, 2015: BTI Consulting has released its 2016 Litigation Outlook report, in which corporate counsel identify Morgan Lewis as a leader in four key practice areas and name Morgan Lewis among the elite firms they fear the most. BTI evaluated 650 firms serving large clients prior to compiling the annual report.

The Litigation Outlook recognized Morgan Lewis on the Honor Roll of the “Fearsome Foursome,” which singles out law firms that general counsel and legal decision makers don’t want to go up against in litigation matters. The firm is also ranked as a Standout in the “Powerhouse” contest for Routine Employment Litigation, Complex Employment Litigation, and is on the Honor Roll for Class Actions & Torts and Product Liability Litigation.

“Morgan Lewis’s commitment to help clients comes through loud and clear, and inspires fear and respect few firms enjoy from opposing counsel,” said BTI president Michael B. Rynowecer. “Clients see this as a real source of advantage when litigating or trying to reach settlement.”

The BTI Consulting Group is a leading provider of strategic market research to law firms and professional services firms and has consistently identified Morgan Lewis and its lawyers as providers of exceptional client service in its publications. In June, BTI released its Most Recommended Law Firms 2015 report, which recognized the firm as one consistently recommended by corporate counsel to their peers. Earlier in the year, Morgan Lewis ranked fourth on the BTI Client Service A-Team 2015 guide, and four Morgan Lewis partners were singled out as “Client Service All-Stars” by the consulting group.
