DUBAI, September 19, 2016: Morgan Lewis has been named Best Islamic Law Firm for Private Equity in Islamic Finance News’s (IFN) Law Awards 2016, which honors the best in the Islamic financial industry.
The firm’s Middle East private equity team, led by partners James Knight, Philip Dowsett, and Ayman Khaleq, was predominately recognized for the representation of TVM Capital Healthcare Partners in the first exit by its TVM Healthcare MENA 1 Fund – the sale of ProVita International Medical Center to NMC Health plc.
