Morgan Lewis Lawyers to Speak at Structured Finance Industry Group 2017 Conference

NEW YORK, February 22, 2017: Members of Morgan Lewis’s leading structured transactions team will represent the firm once again at the Structured Finance Industry Group’s (SFIG) annual conference in Las Vegas. The three and a half-day program, which is sponsored by the firm, takes place February 26 – March 1 and is the largest capital markets conference in the world.

Morgan Lewis partner and SFIG board member Reed Auerbach will participate in a panel discussion about SFIG’s Women in Securitization initiative, which provides a means of connecting women in structured finance to peers and mentors as well as a forum to share ideas that will positively influence industry perceptions and practices. Partner Steve Levitan will moderate a session on the meaning of “FinTech,” partner Jeff Johnson will participate in a panel discussion about the PLS RMBS 3.0 update, and senior of counsel and practice development leader Charles Sweet will moderate a panel on 144A market disclosure. New structured transaction partners Mark Riccardi and Cory Barry will also attend the conference.
