BOSTON, March 15, 2017: Morgan Lewis and the New England Diversity Council will host the Fourth Annual Women in Leadership Symposium on March 21. The event brings together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today's issues, educate, inspire, and encourage women to reflect on their goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations.
Partner Teresa Cella will serve on a panel of speakers to discuss transforming the rules of engagement, pioneering pay equity, women on the web, and leading with authenticity. Partner Janice Howe will serve as moderator, and other speakers will include Christine Madigan, Vice President of Responsible Leadership for New Balance Athletic Shoe Inc., Joanne Derr, Vice President of Human Resources at Care.com, Michelle Jones-Johnson, Vice President for Talent Development and Chief Diversity Officer at Worchester Polytechnic Institute, and Patricia DiOrio, Vice President of US Strategy & Group Technology for National Grid.
