Three Morgan Lewis Partners Selected for The Legal 500 Private Practice Powerlist: US-Mexico

HOUSTON and WASHINGTON, DC, May 25, 2018: Morgan Lewis partners Humberto Padilla Gonzalez, Ulises Pin, and Adrian Talamantes have been selected for inclusion in the 2018 edition of The Legal 500 Private Practice Powerlist: US-Mexico. The guide recognizes the leading US-based lawyers working on Mexico-facing matters based on feedback from hundreds of senior counsel in the United States and Mexico, as well as research from The Legal 500's US and Latin America teams. 

Mr. Padilla Gonzalez represents clients in a range of cross-border matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international commercial finance transactions, and contractual and simple operational matters throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Mr. Pin represents US and foreign communications and technology companies on corporate, financial, and regulatory matters. He also advises private equity firms, venture capital funds, and financial institutions on investments in the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors. He represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission and government agencies in Mexico, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Talamantes represents companies and individuals in domestic and international business transactions, including those involving project development, joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has experience with structuring, documenting, and negotiating energy-related agreements in connection with projects, investments, and divestments in Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Venezuela, and the United States.
