Morgan Lewis partner Mary “Handy” Hevener talked with Bloomberg BNA about how a recently released IRS draft of a key withholding form contains some confusing formatting. Hevener told the publication the draft form does not make clear if employees are to use the new fields only for the highest paying job and that employees could leave the areas blank if they do not want to share that information with employers.
