NEW YORK, August 8, 2018: Morgan Lewis represented leading credit ratings and financial research, tools, and analysis provider Moody’s Corporation in its acquisition of Omega Performance, whose online credit training courses are relied upon by financial professionals around the world.
The transaction was announced on August 7, 2018, and is expected to close in 30 days.
