Morgan Lewis has been named a global winner of The Forum of Executive Women Advancing Women Company Award as part of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2018 Women of Distinction Awards.
This year, the Advancing Women Company Award was given to three companies or organizations, two at the global level and one at the local level, that have demonstrated a commitment to advancing women in the workplace through mentoring and work/life programs, community engagement, supplier diversity, and the percentage of women in management. The Forum of Executive Women is a membership-only organization comprising women leaders across the Greater Philadelphia region.
Cultivating a culture of opportunity for women is a priority at Morgan Lewis and a pillar of the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Led by Firm Chair Jami Wintz McKeon, women serve in senior leadership roles across the firm, including on the Advisory Board and the Compensation Committee; as leaders of practices and offices; and in prominent positions throughout all of the firm’s 30 offices.
