Anne Marie is co-chair of Morgan Lewis’s retail and ecommerce industry initiative. She defends clients in US federal and state courts against claims involving complex employment and consumer class actions, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and public accessibility. Fluent in Spanish, Anne Marie represents a broad range of US and international clients in employment and labor-based cases, including wage and hour, per diem, discrimination, and trade secrets litigation. She also negotiates high-level executive contracts and terminations, and handles due diligence for complex employment and accessibility matters.
