Morgan Lewis partner Jason Mills spoke with Business Insurance about a May 14 meeting where the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration discussed whistleblower protections under Section 11(c) of the OSH Act. Jason says in the article that employee advocates that are seeking more opportunities to bring their claims to court and bypass OSHA could result in “a whole slew of really non-viable claims that never would have made it through OSHA.”
