The report considers all aspects of the client-law firm relationship, including the likelihood the client will recommend the firm to others. The ranking places Morgan Lewis as sixth, alongside global firms Latham & Watkins, Jones Day, and Skadden in the top 10.

The BTI report measures the strength of client-firm relationships based on 650 in-depth interviews with general counsel and legal decision makers at US-based companies with $1 billion or more in annual revenue or at global companies with $1 billion or more in US revenue.
