Morgan Lewis partner Daniel Skees was interviewed by Inside Cybersecurity for an article about a white paper on settlement disclosures at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. “We have to recognize that there are bad people out there who want to do damage to our critical infrastructure in the United States. And they're looking at a country that has hundreds if not thousands of utility players, and realizing, okay, we can't attack everybody, who do we want to attack?” said Dan. “Pointing hackers to specific utilities could make hackers’ job easier, and cause undeserved damage to companies’ reputations.”
