LONDON and WASHINGTON, DC, September 6, 2019: Morgan Lewis partners Nicholas Hobson and Krissy Katzenstein have been named 2019 “Rising Stars” by Law360. The annual series recognizes elite lawyers under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age.
Nick has worked extensively in global immigration matters and helping companies prepare for Brexit. He advises clients on immigration strategy and compliance, prevention of illegal employment, sponsor license applications, and the full range of immigration permissions. Nick previously acted as external immigration counsel to the London Organizing Committee of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Krissy concentrates on class and collective actions involving systemic discrimination claims and complex multi-plaintiff matters. She also has handled a variety of single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination and harassment claims, Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour claims, and Family Medical Leave Act claims. In addition, Krissy works with clients to develop diversity programs and identify strategies and initiatives to increase diverse representation and foster an inclusive work environment.
