NEW YORK, September 4, 2019: For the second consecutive year, the Diversity Lab has recognized Morgan Lewis with its Mansfield Certification. Initiated in 2018, the certification recognizes law firms that have demonstrated a meaningful commitment to an inclusive workplace by creating diverse teams and maintaining a pipeline of diverse future leaders.
In addition, Morgan Lewis achieved "Plus" status this year, placing our firm among a select group that, in addition to meeting or exceeding the pipeline consideration requirements for certification, have successfully reached at least 30% diverse lawyer representation in a notable number of current leadership roles and committees.
