BOSTON, November 19, 2019: Morgan Lewis partner Rachelle Dubow has been elected to serve on the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Board of Directors for a three-year term beginning January 2020.
INTA is a global association of brand owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property to foster consumer trust, economic growth, and innovation, with more than 7,200 members in almost 200 countries. As a board member, Rachelle will help shape INTA policies, cultivate future leaders of the organization, and serve as an ambassador to the membership at large, government officials, and both IP and non-IP organizations. She has served INTA in various capacities since 2005, including as chair and a member of its Roundtables Committee and as a member of its Leadership Meeting and Annual Meeting planning committees and Young Practitioners Committee. Rachelle has also spoken as both a presenter and moderator at INTA Annual and Leadership Meetings.
Rachelle’s practice focuses on counseling, protection, and licensing of IP rights, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution and global brand management. She represents clients in a wide variety of industries that include finance, entertainment, sports, consumer products, medical and pharmaceutical products, life sciences, computer technology, and the internet.
