During the webinar, Jenn asked US Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel Michael Desmond about a patenting filing extension for fiscal-year taxpayers whose filing and payment deadlines do not fall on April 15. Michael said it is among the things the IRS it considering as part of its response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
