Judging 'Sincerely Held' Religious Belief is Tricky for Employers Mandating Vaccines, NPR

Associate Alana Genderson spoke with NPR about the factors employers must weigh when granting religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Alana explained that “employers [may] feel more comfortable judging undue hardship, and whether there is an accommodation where the person would not be a direct threat to others.”
